这是一个101年历史的建筑，位于老城区，怡保，罗美伦家族的祖先屋，我们正试图通过101年的老建筑内安装一个新的钢铁结构，恢复和保留老建筑，但不拆除任何部位的101岁的老结构，保留大部分功能，希望把这个大楼再保留到另一个100年

101年以前，建筑结构由砖和木梁为主要支撑，所有这些木梁和砖将被保留。其惊人的，看看这101年古老的木制横梁静止站立强劲如初....

Nam Low In my memory, this is the street leaded u to the Water-View, 水景 area which is a Little India now. There was a beautiful fountain two blocks in the foreground but removed in recent years. According to records there were shops over here to collect the tin-ore from the nearby Kinta River washed by the LiuLung Mei 流琅妹.

namlow: 在我的记忆中，这街通往前方是水景观点，水景区现在是一个小印度区。在这街区有一个美丽的喷泉，但在最近几年被移除了。据记载在这里的商店收集锡矿石，是流琅妹从这附近的近打河由洗来。（她们大都是客家人。）
