Guy, if you really want to make new friends here, you should type in Chinese. People here are all Hakka. If you don't even know Chinese, I'm afraid no one will be interested in you.

No, I'm know to read & write chinese. I use type in english word because it easy & quick than I
input the chinese words. I think thesoftware " NJ star chinese" too long time input so I choose
input the english.

在外大部份的時間相處的都是一些不会講中文的人，能和他们溝通的只有英文。在家裏通常滲着講客家話、華語和英語來交談。跟越南的朋友都用英語或廣府話交談。你们那裏通常用什那一種語言交談呢?

我跟中國朋友，臺灣朋友大部分都用漢語交談。很少用英語。

不過，要是大家都說用英語較好的話，我也隨著大家（只不過 慢點兒） 沒問題， 像我正在學習英語一樣 :):victory:
