“home” from the perspectives of Toronto Chinese immigrants
It’s Asian Heritage Month and we wanted to share Celia Huang’s (CCNCTO Director) incredible thesis. Celia’s PhD research produced new knowledge on the meanings of “home” from the perspectives of intergenerational Chinese immigrants in multicultural Toronto with a particular focus on Chinese food as an important cultural heritage and everyday practice.
